Veronica Lyver, CPHR, FCPC

Coach and Senior HR Consultant

Veronica’s passion for people and connection bloomed over two decades ago when she realized that being open to success and opportunity meant being open to believing in herself. Veronica’s vision for team synergy, creating empowering workspaces that value human, heart, and harmony, is at the core of Estelle HR Solutions Inc.. 

Her signature coaching style is focused on helping clients develop a growth mindset. She believes everyone has the capacity for learning and growth and that anyone can achieve their goals and overcome challenges with the right tools and mindset. 

Veronica's coaching style is highly interactive and engaging. She’s committed to creating a safe and inclusive coaching environment where all clients feel seen and heard. She advocates for diversity and inclusion and intentionally builds a supportive space where people can explore their unique experiences and perspectives without judgment. 

Skilled in all aspects of HR Management, including learning and development, Veronica is particularly adept at helping clients navigate complex issues. Her belief in creating mutually beneficial solutions and her commitment to building respectful, non-adversarial relationships have proven highly successful. Veronica is well-versed in occupational health and safety and continues to lead several initiatives and programs on this topic. 

Veronica loves to learn! She holds a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation from the CPHR Association of British Columbia and Yukon and a Human Resources Management certificate from the University of Alberta. She recently completed a Master Mindfulness Practitioner certificate and several International Coaching Federation Coaching certifications. Over the years, she has worked with respected brands such as Canadian Pacific Hotels, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, and Delaware North Companies. During her years as a consultant, Veronica has worked with small business owners and large corporations from a variety of sectors across Canada.

    Katie Lyver

    Human Resource and Branding Consultant for Estelle HR Solutions

    Katie is an energetic HR Professional out of Edmonton, Alberta and brings a fresh, creative perspective to the Estelle HR Solutions team. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Management specializing in HR and Marketing with non-profit experience in the affordable housing, municipal community recreation and guest services industries.

    While completing her degree, Katie worked as an Administrative Assistant and Guest Services Representative, awarding her an expert in anything administrative-related. 

    Along with her HR background, Katie has a passion for marketing, branding and creative design. She helped build the original Estelle HR Solutions marketing plan, logo, brand and website.

    Human Resource Professional (CPHR) and Organizational Development Consultant

    With more than fifteen years of experience supporting leaders and organizations with their people-management and human resource needs, Robyn is an advocate of aligning business processes and initiatives with big-picture goals. Robyn is passionate about workforce development and supporting both communities and employers as they plan for tomorrow, and ensuring that they have the right foundations in place to attract and support a strong workforce.

    Robyn feels privileged to work with businesses and non-profit organizations throughout the interior and to call the Shuswap her home. Robyn is a volunteer Director on the board of the Shuswap Children’s Association and a member of the Women Who Wine.

    Robyn has a Master's Degree and Graduate Certificates in Strategic Human Resource Management, and Organizational Design from Royal Roads University. As a lifelong learner, Robyn maintains memberships with the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources, is certified in ProSci Change Management Methodology and is a member of the BC Organization Development Network. Robyn is working towards a Professional Business Coach Certification.
